Documents and photographs on the life of Frederick (Fred) Fischer, a well-known photographer, who arrived in Curaçao in the nineteen-thirties. His photographs in our collection cover the period from 1952 to 1964. He was a pioneer in underwater-photography.
The greater part of his photo-collection is at the Central Historical Archives of the Netherlands Antilles in Curaçao.
